Considering all the provisions of these regulations, in taking advantage of the services offered to the Fan Club, which is managed by Gente Edizioni Musicali S.r.l., the subscriber is obliged to respect the name, the image, the pseudonym, trademarks and/or logos and any other Artists’ identification and evocative element (“Elements”).

In that respect, the subscriber acknowledges that it constitutes a serious violation of the behavior rules and civil and/or criminal offense, and consequently s/he must not:

• use the Elements in order to produce and/or promote and/or sell products and/or services;
• use the Elements in order to produce and/or promote and/or sell products depicting the Elements;
• produce CDs, DVDs and other media containing the Elements without the consent of those entitled and/or the fulfillment of legal obligations;
• produce CDs, DVDs and other media containing musical works performed by the Artist without the consent of those entitled;
• take advantage of the Elements for commercial use;
• execute a behavior that is prejudicial to the honor, image and reputation of the Artist and the other Fan Club members;
• reproduce, copy, transform, distribute, place at somebody’s disposal or disclose in any other way any type of material and/or information contained on the website reserved to the members that can be found at the URL http .//laura4u.com (“Site”), unless such action is explicitly authorized by the Fan Club;
• create links on the Site pages to third party websites;
• execute any misbehavior that could constitute a law or regulation violation;
• use inappropriately the card of the Fan Club subscription;
• use inappropriately the Site and the services offered in conflict with the law or morality;
• execute a behavior that could cause injury to the Fan Club and/or to third parties, or could be susceptible to damage, spoil or prevent in any way the normal Site, documents, files and contents use;
• upload, post, send or otherwise transmit any material that contains virus or other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the software functionality of any software or hardware or telecommunications system of third parties, suspend or disrupt the services offered by the Fan Club.

The subscriber acknowledges and agrees that, if the Fan Club establishes, directly or as a result of reporting, a Regulation violation, the Fan Club will have the right to suspend the membership and consequently to prevent the user to log in to the Site services. In case of deactivation of the services, the subscriber shall not be entitled to ask the refund of the amount paid.

The use of the service offered by the Site entails necessarily the approval of the following Regulation.

THIS REGULATION CAN BE INTEGRATED AND MODIFIED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE THROUGH THE ONLINE PUBLICATION OF THE NEWEST VERSION. THE SUBSCRIBER UNDERTAKES TO UPDATE HIM/HERSELF AND BECOME AWARE OF THE MODIFICATIONS.

The subscriber, in using the services offered by the Fan Club, undertakes to update him/herself and become aware of the new conditions of the Regulation and to inform him/herself about the changes. The new terms and conditions will be automatically effective after 15 days from the date of their notification through Website publication. The subscribers, within that period, if they do not agree with the new terms and conditions of the Regulation, may terminate, notifying by email to the address su*****@*****4u.com and confirm within 48 hours the annulment via registered mail at the following address:

In case of withdrawal, the user will have the right to the refund of the amount, which is part of the payment deposited, reduced proportionally to the remaining period of the membership duration.

The non-exercise of the refund right under the terms set out above will constitute the acceptance of the changes adopted by the Fan Club.

It is possible to join the Fan Club only via Internet, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and including prepaid/rechargeable cards), MyBank, Masterpass PayPal and Satispay.

The application for membership forms contained in the CDs is no longer valid and payment via bank transfers or postal orders are not accepted.

The membership card of the Fan Club  has a validity of 12 (twelve) months from the moment of activation, which coincides with the completion of the Fan Club registration process described below.

In order to register to the Site, the user has to enter in the specific online form an email address and a password, accept the “Sales conditions” and to acknowledge having read the privacy policy and the information on cookies. The email address and the password entered in the online form will be the credentials to log in to the Website. Once these activities have been made, the user will receive an email that confirms the creation of an account.

Once the user registered to the Website, s/he can subscribe to the Fan Club and purchase the items offered on sale on the Website. In order to subscribe to the Fan Club, once s/he has chosen the type of membership, the user will have to fill in the online enrollment form with his/her personal data, accept these regulations in the appropriate box and pay the fee.

When you buy the 30th ANNIVERSARY Digital Card you will receive an email with the purchase confirmation, an exclusive photo of Laura and a link to your reserved area where you ‘ll find your personal digital card. There is NO PDF card available.

The subscription card should be renewed once the period of the 12 months has exceeded; in this regard the member can decide independently when to renew (without losing validity days);

It’s not possible for children under the age of 10 (‘Minors’)  to subscribe a Fan Club membership.

However, it may be possible for children between 12 months and 10 years of age to participate in the Soundcheck of Laura’s concerts free of charge if this is provided for by the Regulations of the Organiser of Laura’s concerts available on the digital platforms of the concerts and if the Minors are accompanied by parents/guardians/exercisers of parental responsibility duly members of the Fan Club.

The Virtual Card has the same validity as the printed one and can be used for all the initiatives of the Fan Club in which it is required. After the login to laura4u.com has been made by inserting the email indicated during subscribing and the chosen password, the subscriber can navigate the website and have always at his/her disposal his/her Virtual Card.

The subscriber will find the Virtual Card in his/her personal profile.

Access to the site laura4u.com (username and password), as well as the membership card of the Fan Club are personal, non-transferable to third people and must be kept confidential.

Each member is responsible for his/her own access details at laura4u.com and the related use of them.

Any change of email address should be requested to Fan Club staff by writing an e-mail to su*****@*****4u.com.

The member is responsible for the details given at the moment of subscription to the Laura Pausini Official Fan Club. Any failure/omission/inaccuracy of such details will result in a delay in the process of finalizing this enrollment and/or the risk of failure of the expedition.

The membership card of the Fan Club gives right to the following benefits:

• participation in various activities that could be proposed by the Fan Club throughout the year (participation as audience of TV/Radio programs or other promotional events). The participation in these activities could lead to audio registration and video shooting of subscribed user image and with acceptance of these regulations the user accepts to be filmed free without any time/manner limitations for the use that the Fan Club and/or the Radio station/TV will consider more appropriate;
• participation in the Fan Club activities and in the possible Fan Club Party with the presence of Laura to be held wherever and/or whenever possible (depending on Artist’s commitments). In order to be clear, it should be noted that the Fan Club could not guarantee any frequency in the making and organization of the Fan Club Party given the various and complex commitments of the Artist;
• possibility to win a free trip and stay in the place where the Fan Club Party will be held (this prize is nominative and not transferable to third parties);
• the purchase of tickets of the Artist ‘s concert through exclusive presale;
• the visit of the Fan Club headquarters, upon reservation, in Solarolo (Ravenna);
• advanced and dedicated entrance, wherever/whenever it is possible, on occasion of Laura’s Tours, to participate to the  sound check independently on Laura’s presence. In order to be clear, it should be noted that it is not guaranteed the presence of the Artist to the sound check;
• 10 regular members could win a free ticket each, for every Laura’s Tour date (this prize is nominative and not transferable to third parties);

the purchase of items from the Official Store at lower prices than those for who is not subscribed to the Fan Club.

The membership card of the Fan Club gives right to the following benefits:

The user accept that the materials published on the Website, as well as the software, are owned by the Fan Club, contain confidential information and are protected by the applicable law.

The user agrees to not change or use in any way (whether free or in exchange for payment) and to not provide, spread or create contents based on, totally or partially, the Services, the materials or the software. In any case, it is understood that the user may not (and may not allow any third party to) sublicense, rent, sell, distribute, circulate, make available, transform, even partially, modify, translate and otherwise reproduce, copy, use or dispose of the materials or software, or any part thereof, in any manner not expressly permitted herein or by mandatory law. Furthermore, the user may not create derivative works from or in any way attempt to discover any source code, or develop any software products or applications based on the Software or make any use of the Software.

Otherwise, the Fan Club reserves itself the right to take action against the offender(s) depending on the heaviness of the violation, including the exclusion from the Fan Club and all its organized activities.

We notify everyone who has created or has the intention to create pages dedicated to Laura Pausini on Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. that everything associated with Laura Pausini and Laura4u is covered by copyright.

This means that those who are NOT licensed incur in legal sanctions and cannot use the word OFFICIAL, but the words NON OFFICIAL to promote their pages.

Those who already created pages dedicated to Laura Pausini are strongly recommended to insert in the name/last name of the page the words NON OFFICIAL PAGE.

If Facebook does not allow to change the page name, fan pages administrators have to add the formula “NON OFFICIAL PAGE” among INFORMATION.

The lack of respect with the above will result in exclusion of the fan pages administrators from the Laura Pausini Official Fan Club and from the activities related to it.

The Fan Club could organize activities that involve the assignment of prizes.

In such case, the Fan Club will communicate to the members the participation details about the possible activity and the terms and conditions of the prizes assignment.

However, it is understood that, for the withdrawal of the prize, the person accompanying the winner, minor or adult, must personally cover the cost of travel/accommodation/food.

The prizes – awarded through different kind of contests – involving, for the enjoyment by the winners, flights booking, hotel reservations, organization of trips, travel documents provided by the Fan Club, due to their particular nature and for logistical/organizational needs associated to them, are registered and non-transferable to third parties.

Whenever possible, the Fan Club will give their members the possibility to take part as audience for radio or TV programs or other events in which there is Laura.

The list of participants will be composed on the basis of ONE of the following methods at the discretion of the Fan Club:

• Order of arrival of the mail of adherence from the member interested; g.: if the broadcast, the radio or the TV asks for 50 seats, the first 50 who will send the email, in order to participate, will be included in the list. From the 51st onwards will be considered as reserves

We remind to all LPFC members that if you wish to pay tribute to Laura with various activities, for example Flash mobs or something alike, you are ALWAYS required to inform the Official Fan Club about them.

We know about the existence of many Laura Pausini Tribute Bands.  First and foremost Laura and all of us with her are very happy that these bands are taking around the name Laura Pausini besides their own professionalism. The only comment we would like to point out is the question of the formalization. We know that some of the bands are using terms as ‘OFFICIAL’ or ‘UFFICIALE’ to define themselves as a band that we recognized.

We kindly request to the members subscribed to the Fan Club of the Tribute Bands dedicated to Laura to NOT to use terms as ‘OFFICIAL’ and ‘UFFICIALE’ associated with the name Laura Pausini on posters, invitations and on their websites or promotion material.

We confirm on behalf of Laura and the Fan Club all of our esteem and our support for your nowadays and future initiatives.

Due to the incredible amount of emails that we receive every day, it is essential that you diversify your messages based on what you want to request.

Due the huge number of applications that we receive for visiting the Fan Club, visits are going to be EXCLUSIVELY BOOKED to the AFFILIATED MEMBERS.

Visits will last no more than 30 minutes. We receive from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon. On Saturday, Sunday, holidays and days before holidays the Fan Club is closed.

ONE member affiliated is admitted in one round of visit. Chaperons not affiliated will be able to enter the Fan Club ONLY IF they are parents of members under 14 y.o. OR IF they are accompanying DISABLED members.

The use of photo cameras, camera recordings and video-cell phones is strictly FORBIDDEN in ALL INSTALLATIONS.

It is possible to book the visit via email by writing to: lp********@**********ni.com with the subject “Fan Club Visit”. Please, indicate the date in which you would like to visit the Fan Club (we will in turn indicate the possible time), your name/surname,  telephone Nº and email.

The visit confirmation will succeed as soon as possible after the receipt of the request email to visit. In case of cancellation the applicant must promptly notify the Fan Club.

ONLY members of the Fan Club laura4u.com with valid subscription will have access to the sound check.

The performance of the sound check does not depend on the Fan Club. The sound check will be performed, wherever it is possible, before the Artist’s concert independently on the Artist’s presence and compatibly with the security protocols, the regulations and/or the technical and/or logistic issues and/or the measures of the competent authorities and the decisions made by the producers of Artist’s concerts. Sound check schedule may vary and is determined by the AUTHORIZATION of the Safety Commission and Public Assistance. Once the said Commission grants the authorization, members will be able to enter for the sound check. There will be a dedicated and reported entrance at the concert place (“Fan Club entrance”) where a person in charge of the Fan Club is going to oversee, monitor and handle the whole Fan Club entry process to the sound check completely independently. Any type of list and/or order entry written by members HAS NOT ANY value.

Members will attend the sound check from the purchased sector for matters of public order.

Members of the Laura Pausini Fan Club can participate to the sound check before the beginning of the concerts if they have in their hands a member card, which can be in printed or digital format (virtual card) and it has to be valid on the concert date, and a regular concert ticket. (We remind you that you can access to you virtual card at any moment in your personal area of the Website, you can show it both in printed and digital format and the virtual card has the same validity of the printed one)

MINORS between 11 and 17 years of age (with valid Fan Club membership on the date of the event + soundcheck booking ticket + corresponding concert ticket) will be able to attend the
soundcheck accompanied by a parent or an adult, if the accompanying person has a valid concert ticket and Fan Club membership valid on the date of the event.
It’s not possible for children under the age of 10 to access the Fan Club offer.
However, children from 12 months to 10 years of age (“Minors”) will be allowed to participate in the Soundcheck of concerts free of charge if the following conditions are fulfilled:
– where the participation of Minors is foreseen by the regulations of the individual Concert Venues and by the regulations of the Concert Organiser. It will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian/exercising parental responsibility to verify the modalities by which the Venue and the Concert Organiser allow minors access to the hall. As of today, the organiser of Laura’s concerts is Friends & Partners and it is therefore advisable to access the link https://www.friendsandpartners.it/manuale-dello-spettatore to check whether or not the minor is admitted to the Concert Venue and then to the Soundcheck. For the future, we recommend that you always check the instructions of the specific organiser on how to handle the presence of minors at concerts and their soundcheck;
– where the Organiser’s regulations foresee that the minor wishing to access the Soundcheck must be in possession of a valid concert ticket;
– if minors are accompanied by parents/guardians/exercisers of parental responsibility who are duly registered with the Fan Club. Children accompanied by persons of legal age other than parents/guardians/exercising parental responsibility will not be allowed to enter.
– the parent/guardian/parental responsibility holder has correctly filled out the Soundcheck booking form with all the required information. The parent/guardian/exerciser of parental responsibility who intends to give the minor access to the Soundcheck must fill in the relevant fields when completing the Soundcheck booking form and attach the required documentation.

DISABLED members can participate to the sound check with her/his companion as long as this person is in possession of a regular concert ticket.

USERS BANNED FROM LAURA4U cannot participate to ANY activities organized by the Fan Club that include and/or expect the participation of the subscribers.

The reception and placing management to disabled people in the area assigned to them on the occasion of the concerts is a matter totally organized by the local organization, based on the judgment of the Safety Commission.

The sale of tickets reserved for disabled members does not depend on the Fan Club, but on the ticket offices (e.g.: TicketOne) and on the subject that organizes and represents the show.
