To attend the party you must have a valid membership as of September 6th, 2025 and proceed to make a named reservation for the event on the dedicated page. Once you made the reservation, the system will emit a ticket, which has to be compulsory shown at the entrance of the location on the day of the event together with your Virtual Fan Club Card.

HERE’S THE NEW FANCLUB PARTY RESERVATION OPTIONS
Starting this year, you can choose between 3 reservation options, as follows:

* Standard Reservation: you can book your personal, free ticket, which includes the wristband pickup on the day of the event to access the Party.

* Reservation + Purchase of an Exclusive Party-Themed Set: This option includes your Party reservation plus a special set featuring dedicated artwork. The set contains 1 badge, 1 pass lanyard, and 1 black fanny pack.

* Reservation + Purchase of an Exclusive Party-Themed Set: This option includes your Party reservation plus a special set featuring dedicated artwork. The set contains 1 badge, 1 pass lanyard, and 1 red fanny pack.

In the specific case of the Reservation + Purchase of an Exclusive Party-Themed Set, on the day of the event, you’ll pick up both your access wristband and your set on site.

PLEASE NOTE: The set can only be collected during the Check-in by the registered member who made the reservation selecting this option. No proxies, third-party pickups, or later shipments of uncollected sets will be accepted.

If your membership expires after September 6th, 2025, you may proceed with your reservation by clicking on JOIN THE PARTY.

If not, you will need to renew your membership.

No, you cannot. As a matter of public order, everyone must buy their own personal membership and with that book themselves to get their own personal ticket.

WARNING: If you want to buy a membership for someone else, you will have to create a separate account with a different email and password from yours and proceed to a new subscription in a separate purchase session.

It is no longer possible for minors under the age of 10 (“Minors”) to join the Fan Club. However, it may be possible for MINORS FROM 12 MONTHS TO 10 YEARS of age to attend the Party if the Minors are accompanied by parents/guardians/exercisers of parental responsibility who are registered in the Fan Club. Therefore, the minor’s Party ticket must be requested from the parent/guardian’s profile by following the directions they will find in the booking form.

MINOR members aged 11 to 17 will be able to attend the Party accompanied by a parent or a person of legal age, as long as the accompanying person is registered to the Fan Club on the date of the event.

For security reasons and as a matter of physical security of the minor, it is forbidden the access to the event to children below 12 months and, in any case, we highly do not recommend bringing children under the age of 4 to the Event. The entrance to the Event’s location for children under the age of 4 it is at the entire risk of the parents or the person having parental authority.

Children must put on earmuffs or protective tools for the ears.

Prams, stroller, car seats and similar equipments are not allowed inside the location of the event.

THERE IS NO LIMITATION OF PLACES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.

At the moment of your request it is required to attach the certification attesting the disability, which is necessary to guarantee the possibility to participate in the event with the more feasible logistic modalities, as well as to guarantee the availability of one of the seats reserved to people with disabilities and to be entitled with 1 companion.

The companion is not obliged to subscribe to the Fan Club to access the event. However, you must put his name in the field indicated in the form in order to allow the proper checks and the regular emission of the ticket, which will be sent to the subscriber email a later date of the reservation.

As a matter of security and accessibility, there are specific areas reserved to people with disabilities. Those areas are limited inside the location of the event and suitable to specific requirements of the circulation for wheelchair and people with limited motor abilities.

It is not permitted the access and the participation in the event to women who have passed the 36th pregnancy week.

For security reasons and as a matter of physical security of the minor, it is forbidden the access to the event to children below 12 months and, in any case, we highly do not recommend bringing children under the age of 4 to the event.

In any case, the pregnant woman that decides to participate in the event does so at her own risk, without any responsibility of the organizers and the Fan Club.

All Fan Club members can book their participation in the event with guaranteed access until the day before the event.
